For globetrotters, wayfarers, and explorers alike, we present the B Porter - a portable birdhouse for everyone - from curious beginner bird watchers to enthusiastic twitchers - all to reacquaint you with nature. An honorable mention for architecture competitions Legendary Bird Home 2020.
PHILIPPINE RED CROSS KIDAPAWAN HEADQUARTERS
At the start of the COVID-19 crisis, we were approached by the Kidapawan Chapter of the Philippine Red Cross to design their proposed headquarters in Mindanao. This project features green solutions and keeping in mind budgetary constraints.
TRIUMPH PAVILION 2020
We bagged being one of the finalists for Triumph Pavilion 2020 - Discovery, a competition for a pavilion with a park adjacent to the V&A Museum of Childhood in London. We could not have done this without Yasuhiro Minami Lab of the Kokushikan University and Akira Suzuki.
FOR THE MILLENNIAL WORKFORCE
Yes, we make pretty things too! Together with Philippine-based design group GAYO, we came up with an office space that echoes a tropical luxury escape that movers and shakers would definitely enjoy working in.
JAPANESE SAKE BAR MAKATI
There was a time when we frequent bars in Manila, Philippines. The bar owner asked if we can help with their concept and here it is. The existing site had some interesting history behind it though abandoned. We set it up just like an old-fashioned liquor store in Japan, hence the three types of seating and lounging found in the area. From kakuuchi, bar counters and lounge seating, there would always be a place where one can choose.

DO IT YOURSELF
SIGNAGE OF HUMMINGBIRD'S HILL
We're lucky enough to get clients with the same wavelength as we do. It was fun, it was creative and we'll definitely do it again. Visit them here.
KID'S WORK SHOP 2019
Roughly translating to "Garbage Story Laboratory", this workshop is our first collaboration with Studio Furoshiki. Educating kids for the summer was an immersive lecture about the 3Rs (Reduce/Reuse/Recycle) which was then practiced on common household garbage items. These were then turned into lampshades with each kid using their own designs.
SEASIDE BAR SIARGAO
An empty lot by the shore, adventurous clients - and a quick trip to the island to fuel our imagination. We went for a crescent-shaped structure to symbolize the client's wish. A winding ramp and stairs to take everyone up to the views it had to offer from the mangroves, island trees, and the sea. We made sure to expand the views hence the tilted roof, curved glass and open space plan.
A focus on clean lines, functionality and simplicity for a 3-bedroom condominium in Taguig. Existing built properties are drab but a change of color and fine tuning details do count. The limited budget pushed our limits and the result was beyond satisfying. Did we mention we somehow navigated through the holiday logistics and Manila traffic to execute this?
