Step right into the magic that was the sixth Makers' Day, held on the enchanting May 21st amidst the vibrant embrace of URBAN 2.0 in the heartwarming Tsuzuki-ku.

Picture this: a day that outshone all previous editions, painting life's canvas with an even broader palette of activities and stalls, making it a spectacle to remember.

What's more, the old gravel-covered parking lot underwent a magical transformation, morphing into a grander, more spacious arena with a fresh asphalt coat. This enchanting alteration welcomed an even more diverse set of businesses to the fold – the likes of Homestore Watanabe, the aroma wizards at Purio Aromatherapy, the artisanal touch of Honotokiki, the warmth of Sato-san, the hues of Irodori Workshop, and the charm of Clew Can Badge.

Oh, the air was filled with an electric mix of community spirit and local maker love! It was a true testament to the power of collaboration and imagination, leaving a trail of inspiration as everyone united to celebrate the arts and crafts that make our hearts sing.

Ah, but there's more! In the embrace of the Urban 2.0 Garage Container area, an array of culinary delights awaited – Yorozudaya Kitchen Car with Jin, the flavors of ISHIKAWASAMBO, and the comforting aroma of Yaoyao Coffee.

But that's not all. The day was embraced by the cozy company of Kapukapu and Teto to Teto, who brought to life a world of animals through their captivating exhibit and engaging workshops. Purio Aromatherapy whisked participants into a summery dream with an essential oil concoction workshop. And then, Funwari-Himawari took us on a tranquil journey with a pastel coloring workshop on postcard papers. And the icing on the cake? Sato-san, making his debut with an immersive pottery workshop, a 2-3 hour masterpiece of creativity and clay.

Now, imagine the laughter echoing, the joy radiating, as families flocked to this spectacle. Kiddos danced around, their eyes gleaming with delight – a heartwarming sight indeed. The young ones, hand in hand with their parents, embarked on this magical journey together, a glimpse into the world of business and dreams. Seeds of entrepreneurship were sown, a beautiful promise for their futures.

And guess what? The excitement doesn't end here! Plans are already sprouting for Makers' Day #7, a beacon of anticipation and dreams. We're thrilled to peek into the chapters that lay ahead, imagining the growth and love that will continue to embrace Makers' Day!, weaving it into the very fabric of Yokohama's heart. Mark your calendars for the rendezvous in August 2023 – can't wait to share the magic again!
